KQs HU OOP gets nothing
Villain is 50/6.5/1 sorry no reads on him other than stats. I hate bluffing the river on this in a smallish pot but there's a lot of draws villain could have on this board. Also, he didn't seem aggressive enough for me to c/c the river w just K high. The only other time that I've called down w K high is when a donk was stacking off and I only had to call 1/3 of a bet on the river.

Re: KQs HU OOP gets nothing
Start by checking and hoping for a FSD. I'd call his bet though.

Re: KQs HU OOP gets nothing
c/f or c/c
I always c/c when you've only see villain call a c/f is pbb better (I mean: when you have no reason to believe he might be the type to bluff rivers when checked to). |

Re: KQs HU OOP gets nothing
I ck call this until he expects me to ck call A hi here and stops bluffing with 63 QJ, the 8 turn was actually a bad card tho make it like a 2 or something and id actually want him to bet the river

Re: KQs HU OOP gets nothing
I just c/f here. I think its kind of close between c/c and c/f, the thing that sways it to a fold for me is that it really sucks when he decides to "bluff" A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

If the turn is a 2, you can definitely check-fold. The 8 is problematic because it gives hands like QJ and J9 a reason to call. Still, I would generally check-fold here the first time or two. |

Re: KQs HU OOP gets nothing
Well, I c/f'd this and my thinking was pretty basic. Basically I thought he probably was only betting with hands that beat mine more than 5 out of 6 times. Although it crossed my mind that if there were a situation to call down w K high this has to be close.

Re: KQs HU OOP gets nothing
A guy this loose, I think a C/F is right. If he's tighter, all those baby cards are more likely to have missed him. A-hi I c/c here pretty often.*
*It's been established that I showdown way too often. Handful of salt as necessary. |
