there is going to be 2500 and 5000 horse this year.
plus at least one small field event with rebuys (lowball and probably a few others.) Daniel's good at mixed games and the fields will be small. So if he keeps playing lots of events at some point he'll win one. More intersting question is if he will win a NL bracelet. But in general the field are weak so he should even find a way in an NL in the next few years.

The ME will be impossible for him to win. I think the only event he might have a shot in is the HORSE due to the smaller field, but the level of competition in that event means he has a very slim chance of winning that event too.

Yes he will win more bracelets. Daniel is the best around when he`s focused. Remember these guys get exhausted from all the grind and sometimes they need to back off and completely take a break. I certainly sense that the better players will definitely get themselves rested well for this years WSOP. Its a tuff long haul. Outside of the Main Event donkament you should see some excellent poker in the P/L, & Horse, Stud, Omaha etc. events

Yes, DN plays a ton of events, and many event don't get all that many entries, especially now that the non-holdem event menu has been expanded. I would say the chance that DN wins a bracelet in a given year is about 25%. So unless the WSOP goes kaput in the next three years, the chance he will get another bracelet is very high.

"he hasn't won a bracelet since 2004"... there are plenty of respected pros who haven't won bracelets in a much longer time then that, and plenty who have yet to win a bracelet... 99.9% of poker players would kill to "not have won a bracelet since 2004." be real.

How many pros, besides Hellmuth play in as many events as DN? How many pros brag about their ability as much as DN? His attempts to outplay every player, every hand just don't fly in large events like the WSOP. It might work in a Circuit event in Tunica, but any other bracelets he aquiries will be in prop bets or ebay.

I'll bet you anything he wins another bracelet in his lifetime.
I will bet you every dime i ever make. I'm serious. anything you want, your cash, your bike, your ken griffey rookie card, anything- if you think he won't win a single bracelet over the next decade, with his range of skills in every game, not just hold em, and with the different mixed events they're holding, you're crazy.
