Default $22: 99 against a minraise in MP

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (8 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

UTG (t2030)
UTG+1 (t1000)
MP1 (t715)
Hero (t3630)
CO (t1660)
Button (t1520)
SB (t5560)
BB (t3885)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to t400</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero ??

I'm not worried about UTG+1, he could have anything and I'm ahead so I'm going to play this. BB is solid, CO, B and SB are unknowns and probably quite bad. Shove/raise/call?

I think shove and call are both acceptable, I call hoping everyone else folds.

I don´t like calling. Bigstakcks SB and BB are likely to come along and you def do not want that.
Let everybody know you´re going all the way and push.
Readless I´d be worried about UTG+1 range tho.

if utg+1 is a donkey shoving is reasonable. Otherwise you can consider calling and folding.

No one likes a raise to ~t1000? I have 18bb and 2 guys have me covered so it would really suck to shove just to have them wake up with a hand. I guess the possibility of that happening is low enough to make shoving good? I'm pretty sure BB will fold AQ,JJ maybe AK either way, I don't know about the other players.

If you raise to 1000 are you folding to a shove from either big stack?

Ya and I'm fairly confident that it wouldn't even be that close.

Based on your read I don't mind raising to 1000 and fold to someone who 3 bets all in behind you.
