Default 300BB deep, Lost, Help please!

My first hand post in SSNL, hope a few of you find it interesting.

Not too much experience playing 300BB deep and felt seriously confused by MP's cold call on the flop. What the hell does he have?
UTG has been generally tight and I am confident he has a big pair, not sure abt PT numbers though.
MP is approx 24/16/2 over 200 ish hands. Not seen him get really out of line but did catch him 3 barreling once on another table.

I really don't know how to proceed here. What do you guys think a sensible way to proceed is?

My image is slightly LAG but should be pretty solid, nothing way out there.

Thanks in advance of some help for a poor lost soul...

I'm not to worried about UTG having a straight or 55, and likewise MP is almost certainly on a flush draw.

I'd make it $250 and call a push.

Thanks for the replies, i really figured that a line like the one mentioned was good. I just allowed myself to get thrown playing deeper than used to and the cold call by MP. As it happens I just called...doh!
Anyway, it gets checked around when a 10 clubs falls, completing the flush. River blank.
What is my plan to salvage something form this trainwreck. Im guessing bet fold prob decent against the MP?
