FTP Minimum MGR Question

Hi,

I'm thinking about signing up for FTP RB through an Affiliate which seemed very reliable to me in the past.

They offer the standard 27% Dealt RB. However, they say when one has a MGR (after deducting Bonus and stuff) smaller than 100$ in a month, you won't get any payment in that month.

Is this standard for FTP RB?
If it is, how about I have 55$ MGR in July and 50$ in August, will I receive RB for the total MGR of 105$ or does the MGR "expire" after each month?

several sites have minimums that u must meet in order to receive a payment, i think it's different for different affiliates...

however, the MGR won't "expire" after each month and will roll over until u meet the minimum to get a payment, so no worries, nothing wasted...
