if you are going to reraise preflop you must shove this flop.

You also should have known that you were shoving any flop when you made the pf raise

By shoving the flop, you are turning it into a 3 card hand. 7Q7 flop is a good flop because villain will have a hard time calling this flop if he doesn't have a Q or KK+. He won't have the opportunity to see the other 2 cards.

I never make this play because it seems very spewy, but I guess the big shots do this play all the time.

It is not really shoving 3x pot as villian only has about 2.8k left so in fact is just over a psb and is the ONLY play here unless you want to check/fold to villain shove which i do not advocate.

You don't have to play it this way, but you can't reraise PF if you're just gonna c/f whenever you miss the flop, that's just giving chips away. Since you made a play PF to create a big pot, you have to go after it, unless the flop is particularly ugly (which this one is not.)
