Looks fine. You're in trouble once he caps the flop but I can't see not 3betting the flop, and I can't see folding anywhere.

Is he aggro enough to overplay a flush draw like this? If he is holding AKc I could see him doing this, but I think I'd want a better read before putting another bet in on the turn. I'm not folding this.

If villain has the nfd and bets this turn after that flop action he's a monkey. WTF does hero bet/3bet and then fold the turn with?

EDIT: He could also have the non-nut fd, but that also seems crazy to expect a turn bet to accomplish anything with. If he has any flush draw except 8x [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] he'd be a loon to bet the turn. If I'm putting another bet in this turn it's a donk to prevent him from taking the obvious free card.

His action doesn't match the read we have of slow playing sets or monsters so I don't know what to make of this. It's not unheard of to have someone cap with a fd, which plays into him taking another shot on the turn. I think the read given isn't giving us enough info. I'm thinking a turn donk may be better than just calling him down.

He didnt represent an overpair pre-flop, so the chances are good that he had floped a set or maybe he made a lousy straight.
I think that the calldown was right, I didint see a chance that he would have folded to an donk-bet.

Why did you include this read if you didn't use it in your hand?

His aggression here was way out of character. I had never seen him cap anything postflop, and I honestly had no idea where he was in the hand. This was the only note I had on him prior to this hand, and his line here was a complete departure from his usual play.

The hand is probably pretty standard, but it surprised me based on my note and his play here.

standard... i would call down the whole way... it is scary once he caps the flop... and no donk bet on the turn, i dont think the turn donk bet will accomplish anything

I play it the same an expect to win a fair amount of the time. If he always slowplays sets or better, I expect weaker overpairs (55-77) and flush draws (especially A4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]) a lot. I think there is also a chance of getting owned by 43s as well.
