Default An ugly straight

I am in a decent not great 20-40 live game. It has been fairly tight but with a few decent mulitway pots scaddered in. I have a very tight image(I have been card dead for 3 hours).

4 players limp, I call on the button with 7h6h, SB completes, BB checks.

The flop: 9cTc2s

It gets checked around.

The turn: 9cTc2s8c.

MP bets(He is fairly loose preflop, He definately has at least two pair to be betting here since he is a little on the weak side. I have seen him quickly fold top pair hands after somebody bets into him on a four flush or straight board.) Two other players both pretty loose just call and it is up to me.

Is this an easy raise at this point? Or is this a wait and see what comes on the river since a lot of bad cards could ruin my hand and that is assuming it is good at the moment?

I'd play lower and raise. The're are many draws that pay you, ace of clubs, two pair, sets... If I am feeling good, I check/fold a club card on river, bet/fold pair the board card on the river, and check/call a normal queen.

I'd raise/fold the turn. Waiting to the river doesn't make much sense, because you want to charge draws while they are still drawing, not after all the cards are out. If you raise here you should have a pretty good idea where you are on the river and won't have to pay off a better hand.

You MUST raise this turn. You're against three opponents, and there are almost no safe rivers. Furthermore, your raise can easily get a lot of hands out that you want out; jacks, weak clubs, etc. If you get the jack of clubs to fold, that's a HUGE coup for you when the river is a club and you hold up against two pair. Als, the flop was checked around, which makes the chance of someone having a flush draw lower (though obviously not eliminating it). I think calling here is terrible; you have no reason to think you're beaten, and you have plenty of fold equity.

If someones reraises, you can safely fold.
