The donkbet from a weak player here is usually TPMK to TPGK, and very rarely set/two pair. Even though it being 3 way to the flop, sets are still unlikely. I raise for value/control to $9 here, and evaluate from there.

From your description it doesnt sound like he would be leading out with a draw. I would still raise kinda smallish maybe to around $8 and fold to a re-raise. Check behind on turn (since we can prob discount a draw), call river/bet for value depending on board/betsize.
