Interesting hand. Have villain made some squeeze play? If so, then we could perhaps 4 bet.

Whatsoever on the flop I like a call, if we raise, all the hands we beat will probably fold and it isn't really essential to protect against 2 outs (or he could of course have AK, but I doubt he leads out with that after two callers). I think it's more important to protect or stack. On the turn I like your check and on the river I think you have to fold.
