Villain was 42/28/1, but only over 10 hands. I know it was probably a mistake to 3bet here, especially OOP. The board is pretty draw heavy and he insta-shoved the turn. Without reads and 1/3 of my stack invested, what should I do?

As played, I fold. He has such a low AF that he isn't really bluffing that often in this spot after you've shown tremendous strength.

He only has 10 hands sample on villain, stats are 100% useless.

Not really actually. I check here with almost all of my range. His line looks a little bluffy though. I think a call is pretty thin, but I'm making it.

Since you have to play the rest of the hand OOP and you aren't 3 betting for value you might try raising a little more than the pot size to discourage him from calling. However, I agree you shouldn't be 3 betting this here for no reason (i.e. you know nothing of this player and it is a trouble hand).
