Its either raise or fold both depend on your image and villains image.

99-AA beats you. That's probably about 2/3's of his 3betting range. If he's got AQ-AT, good for him. Easy fold.

Easy fold. If he's bad enough that you even consider doing something else then 4bet/call PF.
