FTP and Citizens Bank>

I recently inquired about cashout out from FTP via cashier's check. I got an email saying I needed to scan or fax 2 forms of valid ID. No problem. It then said that if I was using Citizens Bank that I should contact support before cashing a FTP check with Citizens Bank. Will I have a problem with citizens bank...has anyone cashed a FTP check to citizens without doing anything first??
