tryin to lose my beer gut this summer ... i'm starting to lift weights three times a week and play pickup basketball a few days a week as well
ANYWAY
propel water... helpin me out, hurtin me... any non biased info on it would be appreciated.... i'm drinking atleast 16oz of it a day

its overrated

probably not helping\hurting. if you take a multivitamin it will cover anything (im guessing) that is in propel.

it will obviously help if you're not drinking any water and its keeping you hydrated, but if you substituted water for propel you aren't going to lose anything.

this drink (IMO) is similar to when ppl buy a treadmill in hopes that they will start exercising

na basically i like drinking it more than water... it tastes better... i feel it hydrates me better... basically if i drank propel instead of water lets say 30oz. a day what negative effects would it have... i know the postive effects are really small


also i like drinkiing it with meals as opposed to water, hate water with food

Get better water. Other than you drinking it more than water, how do you think it hydrates you better?

i feel more refreshed, i assume placebo effect but i mean whatever... i jus wanna make sure it doesn' t have negative effects... i prolly drink a bottle of plain water 3 days a week when i get a little tired of propel
