Re: propel water
its overrated
probably not helping\hurting. if you take a multivitamin it will cover anything (im guessing) that is in propel. it will obviously help if you're not drinking any water and its keeping you hydrated, but if you substituted water for propel you aren't going to lose anything. this drink (IMO) is similar to when ppl buy a treadmill in hopes that they will start exercising |

Re: propel water
na basically i like drinking it more than water... it tastes better... i feel it hydrates me better... basically if i drank propel instead of water lets say 30oz. a day what negative effects would it have... i know the postive effects are really small
also i like drinkiing it with meals as opposed to water, hate water with food |

Re: propel water
Get better water. Other than you drinking it more than water, how do you think it hydrates you better?
