new computer, help with my essential poker transition
Hey all, just got a new computer, been playing on my laptop and extra monitor for 2 years just switched to a Gateway with a 24' monitor, and also added my other 19' monitor. First question is any recomendation on how to configure the display to play four tables on each? resolution for the 24 is 1920x1200 res for the 19 is 1400x1050, should i just do the highest res for both of em? Also.... I have my entire ptracker database on the laptop, how can i get it to my new computer, same with pokeracehud??

Re: new computer, help with my essential poker transition
Don't know much about the resolution, if the 24' is an LCD you're better off leaving it at max. The 19' sounds like a CRT so you can play with that more.
PAHUD is tied to a machine so you'll need to get another license for it, just send an email to support and they'll send you another one. If you are running Vista let them know and make sure you run PAHUD, PT, and your poker sites as administrator. You'll need the license key for PT but you'll be able to just copy your PT dbs to the new machine and point to them. |
