Villian is 27/12 over 67 hands. WTSD 32%. I'm assuming he is bad based of these stats and has a pretty wide range for what he could have here. Are both calls fine?

I would reraise preflop other than that flop call is fine if he will give up if he has missed. On the river it seems like you are beat a v often but the odds are v good and you need to call.
