I play 5/10 NL and I still find people who do this crap! You can't bluff raise, because there's no way he's folding his middle pair or whatever. But you can't fold for a 1/50th pot bet. Sometimes I call with 7 high or somethikng just to see what he's doing it with. Easy to stack when you finally get something tho.
