With Harrahs Push to get the internet gaming law passed this story highlights what direction they were and are headed as if we all didnt know.

"The measure also offers money to help support the horse-racing industry and would allow electronic poker at casinos so that people could play against gamblers across the country."

The Illinois legislature is populated by the most disingenuous, lying, thieving, political gangsters in the United States. Nothing will happen until they decide, how to chop money between themselves and the horse track owners, (who are themselves gangsters). The six year prison sentence hanging over former Governor Ryan's head, is a travesty. One man going to jail? The Feds are snooping around the current governor's office as I type. OOOPS!! I forgot, it's not "one man", Ryan's chief honcho and hatchet man Scott Fawell is already in the slammer. And, Fawell's girlfriend got four months for "untruths".[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
