NL50 - Combo draw. Too aggro?
I couldn't find a fold here but does anyone like just calling better since I have position? Both villians are unknown.

Re: NL50 - Combo draw. Too aggro?
for somebody that routinely finds the fold button as often as the call button, i'm not sure what you're doing here.
you have a raising/calling hand. you don't have a raising hand when there has already been a bet and a raise in front, unless you think all your outs are to the nuts. can't you just dump this on the flop? you're only good outs are the flush outs, and you're being priced out. why would you think your straight draws are any good in a 6 way pot? do you think UTG was raising light and trying to buy a free card w/ his draw? |

why would you think your straight draws are any good in a 6 way pot? [/ QUOTE ] How often does UTG have the straight here? Honest question. I'm not sure what his ps bet means -- is he scared of the flush draw? Protecting a set or 2 pair? |

A reraise to 18ish would do the same thing, and you might be able to keep the SB in (maybe). I rather call here IMO. Without reads, although unlikely, your str8 outs could be dead.

Re: NL50 - Combo draw. Too aggro?
UTG definitely has a made hand and is definitely scared of the flush. As for how to play this, I'll be interested to read what others say. If you raise there is no question you are getting it all in, which is the high variance play. I guess one question I have is will you get an overcall if you just call and try to keep the SB in.
