Default Confusion vs Catcher

Don't have stats on him this session but most SSNL pokerstars players have played against him. After all I think he'll probably be one of the few SSNL players (maybe the only one, I'm giving it a go, too) to get Supernova Elite...so he's played a million hands this year. Anyway on to the action.
Stars $1/2

catcher doubles it to $4 in the CO (he plays a different style than most Regs obv), I call out of the SB with 67 clubs, BB calls.

Stacks= I have $230ish, catcher has me covered, BB has around $150, if I remember correctly

Flop: Qd 2c 6s

Check, Check, Check

Turn: 6h
I lead for $10, BB folds, Catcher raises to $38, hero?

Do you plan on calling a bet on the river? I do agree repopping his raise sucks here.

Would this be a good river to block?

I dont know whats up with his constant minraising, its pretty annoying.

I think I'd call here and check/call again on river.

The weird thing is that over the multiple hands I have against him, I've never seen him showdown a hand when he's minraised pre, although he seems to do it all the time.

obv he has a boat or air here, so just call any river bet because I see you winning often enough with this action. Also small chance he has AA/KK and will VB the river anyways.

I really don't see AA/KK as part of his range. I would think he bets that. If he has AA/KK you would think he'd check behind on the river, right? i think he bets a flush draw or even a straight draw here. Its definitely air/I'm beat I'd say...

He should def VB AA/KK, and fold to a c/r. And this is an okay line with those hands since it does look like he has air, and you can call down with Qx, 77-JJ

The board is rainbow and there's really no straight draw...
