your reraise preflop kinda sucks. it creates an awkward spot on the flop where you'll have a hard time getting away on decent boards but also have a hard time getting it in ahead. without a very good idea of his range to minraise and his range to play against your minraise, i prefer a call by a lot.
having made it, i think i'm with grim, bet/call is your best line. checkraise is gross, he's probably going to play close to perfect against it. he's not folding a jack. he's rarely calling worse (77-99 probably call a decent amount but thats just not a very big part of his range).
