Default Beat : New Party Upgrade On Jackpot Table

Denies me BAD BEAT JACKPOT : @ $165k

Fwiw, the instapush by villain is a clear call - he's a proper dribbler....and the intial rasier is a 60/40 over 1K hands....

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $297.75
BB: $625.85
UTG: $200.00
Hero (CO): $199.00
BTN: $226.98

Reads: I had just goofed off 1.5 buyins to the table within 10 hands...

one where AJ < A4 on A -high flop and then next hand where I turned 2 pair (87) and river made the gutshot sraight possible....so I checked to see villains 99 on a a T8763 Board...then this happens

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $5.00, Hero raises to $22.00, BTN folds, SB raises all-in to $297.75, 2 folds, Hero calls all-in for $177.00
Uncalled bet of $98.75 returned to SB

Flop: ($405) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

Turn: ($405) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

River: ($405) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 2 All-In)

Pot Size: $405.00 ($2.50 Rake)

SB had A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a full house, Aces full of Kings) and LOST (-$199.00)
Hero had Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (four of a kind, Queens) and WON (+$203.50)

Where was the KK ...? or the other A for that matter...

It's not like this is a new rule, it's been quad 8's or better since pre-legislation, right? Or did they change it and then change it back?

it was quad8s to start, so unless they switched it after US-legislation, and then back(highly doubt)

You're prob thinking about the Monster Jackpot tables where FH Aces over Jacks were enough.

BBJ has been quad 8s for as long as I can remember.
