Muck your queens because there are a lot of hands that have you already beaten.
A weak tight that limp UTG has a nice starting hand and, for sure, he like the flop he see.
After he call your raise PF I put him on a tighter range of hands: let's say JJ+,AKs.
You make little more that half PSB on the flop and he commit himself: a weak tight usually is not able to make a move like the one he did without the nuts.
