i'd think you're pretty far ahead of both of their ranges still. If you can't see SB doing this with AT-AQ then fold, but this will never be true, so call and see how good you run.

I don't naturally have as good of a grasp of ICM forcasting as I do other aspects of tournament play. This seems like a shove to me but if someone crunched the numbers and said otherwise I would not be surprised.

Pretty easy Push. I also see button folds here more often than you think even though he gets decent odds.

Push, and button will likely fold this just to ensure getting 2nd unless he's got a monster which in that case he wins.
