Starting workout/diet routine on Monday
To give a little background on myself. I am 24 years old, I am a Regional MIS (Management of Information Systems), and somewhat active, and recently got engaged (part of my motivation). I have put on about 25 pounds in just under 18 months, and am starting to notice a difference in my health. This is due to lack of activity, bad diet, and having an office job. It's funny because when I first got my job, I was losing weight because of stress, but once I got a handle on things, I picked up right where I left off.
My Stats: Height: 6" Weight: 270-273 Body Fat%: 24-28% My motivation: My motivation for losing my weight is primarily my fiance, and personal well being. My fiance is in very good shape, she eats well, and does yoga as well as has an semi active lifestyle. My Goals: Time Period: 8-10 Months Weight: 225 lbs Muscle: Nothing huge, but a little definition I think with my body type, and skin type I could lose a significant amount of weight and not have a ton of loose skin and sag. Some Pictures of me: This is a picture of me from the back end, taken less then a week ago. I have a large upper body, but a rather flabby stomach/love handles. This is also less than a week ago, as you can see my face is a little bloated, and stomach is kinda big (all things I want to get rid of). Finally, me on a horse. As you can see here, arms are big, but not very muscular. I am strong, but not nearly as strong as I used to be. I have recently done some software development for a famous trainer in hollywood (blah blah) and in return he developed a diet/workout plan for me for 4 months. I start monday. Wish me luck! -Nick |
