Default TPGK vs. completely unknown leads

This is villain's very first hand, I know nothing about him. Hate unknowns. I feel really weak-tight after this hand, but I kind of feel like I'd be spewing if I just called him down.

I mite make a smallish raise on turn for info to get a cheap showdown on riv to be honest. The way I see it is, if you make a smallish raise, chances are you'll get to save $ on the river unless you improve rather than guessing and calling or guessing and folding a bet.

RH, what turn raise can we really make that doesn't look weak?

This hand is played fine. I might or might not call river.

what do you guys find are indicative of leads on the turn?

is this QJ trying to get show down or 65 trying to get paid?

Both are probably in villian's range which is why it's not a clear call/fold.

Meh, I call him down.

Good pot odds + now he's not completely unknown.

I might raise/fold the turn ($175?), and take a showdown if called.
