Default 50NL; KK; turn action and plan

Villian is 24.24/12.12/2 over 30 hands.

Disclaimer: Maybe I should have bet more on flop. I don't think what I did is too bad. Go ahead and mention it if you want but please focus on rest of hand.

Bet the turn? How much? How do you respond to a raise? What's the plan for the river if he just calls your turn bet?

How do you play if you think you should check the turn?

I habitually check the turn to see where vilain is at. Then I call unless it's a really high raise.

No, I wouldn't check on the turn. The only likely hand that completes a straight is KJ, while it does make draws for hands like KQ, QJ, AK and AJ. So if he has a draw you have to make him pay, as it's much more likely that he has that than a made straight. By betting you would still get value out of AQ or KQ and maybe worse. So I would bet like $8 here. If A, J or 8 comes on river I just check, otherwise I bet again, 50-70% of the pot.

Bet turn, fold if he raises.
If he calls, value bet any blank river.

This is the line I usually take here....and I'd prolly fold river if he raises me also.

Anybody disagree with this?

Lego this is all so standard. Why are you questioning it?

Just checking up. I seem to lose these hands a large portion of the time on non-draw heavy boards like this. I was starting to become tentative and unsure if I was playing them correctly OOP.
