River value shove w/AQ in 3bet pot

Villain in this hand is playing 19/16/3 over 200 hands. I've never played with him before today so unless he has datamined hands from me he won't have much of a read. On our other table I've been pretty active on our other table with 3bets, cbets and 2 barrells. I haven't done anything crazy at either table and he seems pretty standard.

Villain has just about a pot sized bet left on the river.

Since you don't have any history, a tag is unlikely to pay this off with 10-10-KK. I'd rather bet around half pot and try and price him in.

Agreed. He`ll proportionally call a shove more often than a smaller bet.
