PS skin or overlay

I have searched the past posts and can't seem to find this answer....

On PS, I wish to use a manual overlay so that I can color code players by MY determination. I don't want to use PT data. I prefer a mix of information including my own experiences with certain players who DO play me differently.

The other item that would be nice is if the same program/overlay/skin had the ability to "mouse-over" the player notes, or even if they showed all the time would be fine.

Is there such software? Without having to use PT or addons to PT?
