No session history so far, villan is a regular 5/10'r named "TheTaker" running 23/20/4.5. My instinct says he had 78 and was playing it passively on that 2-suit flop, or a small flush draw then saw the A as a good bluff card vs. the blinds. What's your line?

call, check call most rivers. Pray there is no diamond although I dont think a flush draw is extremely likely unless he has Ax diamonds. I think he has 22 here a good chunk of the time, but def not enough to fold. A2s seems somewhat likely.

If he is any good there is no way he doesn't repop the flop with a set on such a draw heavy board. I think this is 78 or an ace high flush draw. A2 or A9 are also possibilities.

If he is prone to bet big on any river, even if he misses the draw then you could call here with the intention of check calling the river. If not, then I think you could consider a raise.

had about the same thought process with one difference.

however, why raise turn with Adxd? where x does not give him 2 pair.
