How many supernovas are there on PS?

I guess there is two or three supernova elites by now. But does anyone have an idea of how many regular supernovas there is over at PokerStars at the moment. Any guesses?

no idea but I guarantee it's way more than that. I'm about to hit Supernova myself within the next month or so, my account is less than 8 months old, and I only play on there 3-4 days a week at the most.

My guess is about 1000 SN right now. Base on SN freeroll everyweek about 650-700 players and not even play it.
By the end of this year the # of SN might get double since it's much easier to get now. I'm also on track to SN this year playing 3hrs a day.

SN's from last year have to earn at least 10k VPP's a month to maintain SN status through June, 2007 (you're allowed to miss 1 month).

At July 1 there will be some players who only are getting 10k/mth who do no have 100k for the year yet.

I don't think it will be halved though.
Lot of the players who decided not to stick with it probably got dropped back in Feb or Mar.

The only ones who get dropped on July 1 are those with between 50k-99k points this year who have been earning at least 10k points for 5 of the first 6 mths of the year.
