Default Home Game - ICM question

So it's the usual home game. Most of the guys don't know how SNGs work, but understand poker basics.

Payouts:
1st: 70%
2nd: 30%
7 players

Everyone starts with 200, blinds are at 10/20.

UTG: 200ish
CO : 250ish
OTB: 150ish
SB : 400ish
BB (Hero): 212

Hero is dealt Q2s in BB
3 folds, SB calls, Hero ???

SB calling range is pretty wide, anything playable (read: suited) will do. Most will probably say check, but I'd be thankful if someone could run it through SNGPT.
