Problem with my rakeback site

I recently deposited on FTP to take advantage of their bonus. I decided i might aswell register through a rakeback site. I did a search on google and i just used the first site that came up. After the first couple of weeks everything was fine i was gettin my rakeback and then i took a week off. When i started to play again i couldn't login into the site to see my rakeback. it just wouldn't accept my login name (i know its right) and then it asks me if i want a password reminder sent to my email. i know everything was right but sure why not but then it never accually sends the email (i've checked my junk mail).

I cannot contact the site cause they don't have any contact details listed.
Any had this before?
