Help pick my car window display

Feeling fine after promotion to foreman at work at Waneta power station sending clean Canadian power south have just bought gold chevy uplander and do now want to add additive as proud decoration in back window. Assising me which one to get please and will fit it weeekend following. For explinnation will look like picture at the top but of course in a GOLD car and not white lol

I don't think the fist is a good choice. The official logo also has the fist in it but it also explains better what the logo symbolizes rather than just IBEW.
