Default bottom two vs a fish - min raised on the turn

He is 44/22/2 over 40 hands. One orbit ago I stacked him with AA vs KK in blind v. blind. I folded turn, but I thought that his timing was weird. He called flop v quick which didn't seem like a big hand to me. He quickly raised turn as well.

DJ are you saying that I have the nuts or that he has the nuts?

In hindsight push seems ok. I mean his range is str8, good draws like 54s or A4s or retarted bluff that is caused by him losing with KK.
