Default PUA social proof critique

first one I made up myself. Plz dont just post stupid crap about how this doesnt work. Constructive criticism is appreciated.

You need a friend in on it for this to work, but a good wing should be fine. You and your friend are talking to your target, when your friend asked the girl if you told her the restaurant story yet. Shes like, no what is it. Your friend is running the entire story. He says how he went out for dinner with you this week and you guys had a total [censored] waiter. The waiter didnt take your order for 40 minutes, was rude, brought the wrong food, just an overall dick. Your friend says how he flips out and is a dick back to the waiter, but how you just calmly walked up over to the front and start speaking to the manager. He doesnt know what you said because you refuse to tell him but the next thing you know the entire meal was comped. It was the coolest thing ever.

As your friend tells it you just sit there smiling pretending like its all no big deal, and hopefully she asks what you said (if the friend built the intrigue right). You just reply with something like "trick of the trade" or "I cant reveal my secrets". Pretty much anything to tease what happened.

I think it works well as a tease and a demonstration of higher value, especially coming from a friend so the story is more real to her. Thoughts?

if your waiter is that big of a dick, it wouldn't be hard to get your meals comped.

and this isn't social proof your trying for, it's DHV, btw.

I think making up ridiculous stories to have your friend tell to girls about a restaurant is lame. At least make up something awesome like race car driver, or ninja.

Sounds good as far as DHVs go, mostly for the reasons you explained at the end. Good job getting away from canned material too, one of these days I should really sit down and think of my own stuff for once.
