Default 10/20 light 3bet vs SamH133

so SamH133 is a high stakes regular, plays a pretty laggy game but generally has been tight vs me, so he opens in the CO and I 3bet with ATo on the button
Harrydebeng (solidish) coldcalls in the SB, and Sam calls.

flop is A64 with a spade draw (pot is about 750)
harry checks, sam checks, I check
turn is an offsuit 3
harry checks, sam bets 500, i call, harry folds.
river is an offsuit K, sam instashoves

i figured this was a standard fold but i wasn't totally sure

hm guess not since there is somebody acting behind hero on turn. but usually when A high flops check through in rr pots, KK is a definite possibility for the pfrr.

It seems like a weird spot to bet KK though, and both guys are solid. I actually think the K makes it closer to a call. A lot of players would use the K to bluff hero off of QQ or less, even though the K doesn't change much.

He is saying KK is a likely hand for Hero and the K should tend to discourage a bluff.

Also, no one would actually shove there if they hit a king, it just makes no sense, if I'm folding QQ in that spot it's for sure not because I think my opponent hit a king.

yah, the K falling was actually the biggest reason I folded. I figured KK had to be a big concern of his as played, but he'd probably just be prepared to stack off if he had flopped/turned a set, or turned a straight. i was concerned he'd have 55 here though.
