Default 79s FD + SD on turn facing maniac

Villian is a unkown but i get the feeling that hes a maniac... whats the best line here?

Prima Poker skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1

Stack sizes:

Hero: $102.60
SB: $92.90

Fold. You have no FE and are are getting not enough pot odds / implied odds to continue.

what the hell are you doing even calling the flop. I also probably check this flop especially against a maniac.

yeah this is pretty basic count your outs do the pot odds stuff. you got 13 outs which is ~3:1 to come up. You are getting 2:1 now so you need to make another 50 on the river to be breakeven. He only has $20 or so more so you can't make enough to make the call profitable. Your have [censored] all FE so pushing is bad, meaning folding is the only choice.

12 outs to a gutshot + FD, I think the debate is whether or not the pair outs are good. I don't think they are.
