It was kind of scary, a nightmare where I was getting blinded out on one table while playing the other. It was like I was overcommitted and had to be in two places at one time.

The poker tables represent different parts of your life.

While you are concentrating on one part of your life (poker?) the other things (important relationships?) are being blinded away.

Some imbalance in life is always necessary ... you must concentrate on schooling, family, children, a job out of proportion to other things at times. Only to be brought back into balance when your "mission" has been accomplished.

Sounds like you have some imbalances that need to be addressed for you to get a good nights sleep ... or miss out on some things that are deeply important to you.
