CO is folding a lot considering you are raising 2 players and not one. Raise on the bigger side aswell.

I think calling is good in a HU pot, but I ususally dont' want to take JJ into a 3way flop. so most of the time I'd probably 3bet pre.
On the flop, I definitely hate the flop bet. Your not getting called by something that your ahead of most of the time IMO. the board is somewhat dry, and str8 draws are less likely cuz you have 2 Jacks.

id definitely RR pre.
My opening range from the CO is waaay behind JJ preflop and im only 2-3% higher PFR. I am Reraising for value and protection here.
