Default HU preflop raise sizing

I'm playing low limit HU cash game 0.5/1 and 1/2. Most of my opponents sucks and are basicly calling every hand preflop and limping a lot on the SB.

I'm playing tight preflop like 42/36. I use the bet pot button and raise to 3bb preflop.

In this situation, would it be better to raise more preflop like 4 or 4.5BB, since they are calling anyway with worst hand most of the time?

I just use the pot button OTB and make it 4x in the BB. If I realize they are never folding I make it 5 or 6x. And I always 3bet bigger than pot.
