Default Disconnections at Party

Anyone else having trouble with opponents disconnecting? At Party Poker it happens to me all to often that people disconnect facing a tough bet they don't want to call. Sometimes their hand is folded, but usually they get to see the river for free. The times I've complained about this the Party staff returns me something like this:

Thank you for taking the time to report a potentially suspect usage of the 'disconnect protect' feature.
We have thoroughly investigated xxx account history with a particular focus on the player's previous usage of this feature.
We have insufficient evidence of any suspicious pattern which could not be explained by internet connection or hardware problems at this stage. However, due to the nature of a few of the previous usages of this feature on the account, we have informed the player of our intentions to immediately remove the 'disconnection protection' should we see any further suspicious hands.

I guess that's all I can do huh? Is this better at other sites? Party has a few "No DP" tables, but really not enough.

Yea, this is bloody annoying, however a couple of times I'm thinking about my hand and I timeout and it's actually given a free showdown? This is not how disconnect protect should work. In any case, they should kill off all DP tables because it ruins the game.
