NY state residents not receiving PS checks ???

Anyone from NY state who has been able to receive checks lately from Stars?

I'm asking this because I find the situation very alarming, and yet almost no one seems to be talking about it.

(while there's a thread about every known subject under the sun)

Please no mocking replies.

This is the email that I got:

As you are probably aware, due to circumstances beyond our control we have recently been unable to process cheques for New York state residents.

I am pleased to be able to inform you that we have resolved this issue and starting with the backlog, we will likely re-commence issuance this Tuesday.

Once again we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

We are very grateful for your continued patience and understanding.

What "circumstances" are they talking about? "Likely recommence" .... sheesh... no wonder I wasnt getting any checks from them.

There is a long thread about this if you had looked for it. It can't be far from the first couple of pages.
