Default Vegas: Where to take my grandma for dinner

Yep. Takin' Grandma to Vegas for Mother's Day. Where should we eat that's nice and somewhat pricy?

The sticky at top has a great restaraunt thread as the first one linked. You're almost definately going to need reservations for anyone that is "somewhat pricy". Several days advance for lots of places and some are already booked out.

Photoc,

Are there any special value plays for the holiday? I would assume most of the standard places are pretty booked.
