We don't like to do IP bans unless the person continues to cause problems after being banned once or twice. Let me know if that happens.

3 minutes ago another post in nvg was ghost bumped from long ago. any way to see if this guy created a new account recently, or maybe he's using an old account.. anyway it's probably the same guy.
