Rakereduction PStars bonus...

Hi,

I used the link on http://www.rakereduction.com/poker-stars.php to sign up to poker stars, but in the 'view bonuses' section of the cashier page on PStars, I only see the $50 for 500FPPs being cleared and not the additional $50 for 100FPPs that I should get from sighing up through rakereduction. Is this normal or do I need to get in contact with PStars????

I had to contact rakereduction for them to drop that bonus. Stars has to do it manually.

I'm having a similar problem, I signed up thru their link, made my deposit, accumulated the 100 FPP, waited till next Thursday, nothing happened, then I emailed rakereduction, no reply yet.. I just hope the promo is for real...

...I emailed the Pstars support and got a very promt response, turned out there was a problem tracking my account to rakeruduction, but they agreed to fix it for me, expecting to get the bonus withing 48 hours.
Stars seem to have a very good support team!
