Default NL100 - JTo top pair facing small bets

Now that I look at it, I should probably have raised or folded PF. What about this passive (call/call) turn/river line? My initial reaction on the turn was that he caught his ace but he was still making such a small bet that it could also mean a flush draw so I called. Should I have raised it there and check/folded river? Hmm or should I just have called the flop (maybe not a good idea against two opponents)? I'm really confused. Could be the fact that I just woke up but anyways.... what's a good line in this spot?

I agree fold preflop. JT doesn't fare well against the 19% he's opening with, and the 47 is probably a little indicative that he will call your 3 bet a little light.
