deep stacked vs small stacked

Can anyone tell me where I can read about the difference of deep stacked or small stacked NL play. I have heared that players, who buy in with the minimum amount of money have an advantage over deep stacked players.

It would be really nice if you could explain that to me or tell me where I can read about this.
