How to add audio commentary to a video file?

I have a recording of an avi file on my computer I made with camstudio and I want to add audio commentary to it. What would be the easiest way to do this while keeping the file size low? The file size is 63 mb right now. I searched google and tried a couple different programs but I'm completely lost.
