I can't really see a worse hand he would value bet like this. Seems like a better hand or a bluff. So y'all think he's bluffing here often enough?

if BB is solid tag I'm folding this because his range should be very limited after you raise the limpers. Can he really be holding 89s here?
I can only see AK or pairs calling you preflop.

Against laggier opponents like ZekB or whatever his name is this is probably a standard call and a very nice line.
